利用攀樹繩索手藝修剪樹木在國際上已經受到很多國度的遍及利用，期望藉此攀樹競賽讓從事樹木工作者、戶外休閒攀樹的從業人員在平安性和效能性上有所提拔，這將有助於臺灣與國際手藝互相接軌。
